These Terms and Conditions apply exclusively between Maison Valyn and any person making a purchase on the site who is resident in the United Kingdom. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

SECTION 4 – RIGHT TO CANCEL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Cancellation Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us of your intent to cancel via info@maisonvalyn.com.
Returns: You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
Refunds: We will refund the full cost of the product plus the standard delivery charges within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving proof of postage).
Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 5 – PRICING, TAXES, AND DUTIES (UK)

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£). To ensure a transparent shopping experience:

Delivery dates are estimates. Under UK law, if a product is not delivered within 30 days of the order date (unless a different period was agreed upon), you have the right to cancel the order for a full refund. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you once you (or a person identified by you) take physical possession of the goods.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Maison Valyn shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site. However, nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
