Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery. Return requests submitted after this 30-day window cannot be processed or accepted.
2. Conditions for Eligible Returns
To qualify for a valid return and full processing, items must meet the following strict structural criteria:
- The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be in its original, pristine retail condition.
- All original product labels, tags, and internal packaging elements must remain completely intact.
- The return must be initiated within the designated 30-day return window.
- The return must be approved by our customer service team.
Note: Trying on items for sizing and fit (in the same manner as you would in a physical retail environment) is permitted. However, items showing signs of extended wear, makeup marks, or alterations will be rejected from the refund workflow.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report the issue within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@maisonvalyn.com with the following details:

- Clear photographic evidence of the defect, damage, or the incorrect product received, alongside the original shipping packaging.

Once the defect or damage is confirmed by our team, a replacement item will be sent to you at no additional cost.

5. Return Logistics
To ensure absolute compliance with international trade transparency regulations, customers must note the following breakdown of logistical responsibilities:
- Return Shipping Responsibility: For all standard returns—including cases of Change of Mind or Buyer's Remorse—the customer is responsible for procuring the return shipping label and covering all direct shipping fees.
- Prepaid Customs, Duties, and Taxes: All associated customs clearance fees, import duties, and local taxes must be fully prepaid by the customer at the time of shipment dispatch. Duties and taxes are determined entirely by local customs authorities based on the item's legal classification.
- Accurate Customs Declarations: The customer is entirely responsible for ensuring that all customs declaration forms are completed with absolute accuracy and precision. Incomplete, vague, or erroneous declarations may lead to severe clearance delays, punitive customs fines, or outright package seizure.
- Logistical Liability: Maison Valyn cannot process refunds or assume liability for return shipments that are delayed, rejected, or lost by customs authorities due to documentation omissions, unpaid fees, or other transit failures.
- Restocking Fees: Maison Valyn does not charge any restocking fees for returns. There are zero inventory handling, processing, or restocking fees applied to your account for returning items ($0.00 / 0%).
6. Return Address
Returns must be shipped exclusively to our authorized central warehouse facility in China. To ensure your return is legally received and processed, you must adhere to the following routing guidelines:
- Prior Approval: Return shipments sent without explicit, documented previous approval and an authorized RMA validation from our customer service team will not be accepted or processed.
- Address Liability: Items sent to any address other than the designated warehouse provided below cannot be tracked, will be lost, and are entirely ineligible for a refund.

7. Order Cancellations
Because our fulfillment system immediately transmits order data to our warehouse for packing and dispatch, changes or cancellations are bound by a strict timeframe:
- 30-Minute Grace Period: You may request an order cancellation or modification within a maximum window of 30 minutes immediately following purchase. Approved requests within this window are executed at no cost, and a full 100% refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Post-30-Minute Processing: Once the 30-minute window closes, the order cannot be halted, edited, or canceled under any circumstances. You must receive the parcel and initiate a standard return.
- Any cancellation requests approved by management outside the initial 30-minute window due to processing delays will be subject to a a 10% processing and administrative fee to cover payment processing, handling, and operational costs already incurred.
8. Refunds
Upon the physical arrival of your return parcel at our inspection facility, the items will undergo quality control inspection. The final determination and clearing of financial reversals follow this explicit operational timeline:
- Quality Control Inspection: Once the warehouse confirms physical receipt, the returned merchandise must successfully pass our manual quality control inspection to verify compliance with our retail criteria.
- Refund Issuance Window: A full refund for the product value will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout within 10 calendar days after the warehouse confirms physical receipt and successful inspection clearance.
- Financial Institution Settlement Window: Please allow exactly 5 to 10 banking business days for your acquiring bank, card-issuing bank, or financial institution to fully settle, clear, and post the transaction funds back into your account profile. These settlement periods are governed entirely by standard interbank posting cycles and cannot be accelerated by our merchant operations.
- Deductions: Optional insured shipping upgrades selected at checkout are entirely non-refundable.
9. Promotional Discounts & Bundles
When items purchased under a volume discount, promotional code, or tiered bundle incentive (such as "Bundle Deals" or "Stack & Save" structures) are partially returned, the final promotional value is recalculated. The financial savings will be applied exclusively to the items you physically retain.
Example: If you purchase 3 items within a specialized bundle offer to qualify for a 20% discount across the whole order, but subsequently return 1 item, the remaining 2 items no longer fulfill the 3-item promotional criteria. Your order is retroactively recalculated to standard retail pricing for those 2 items. The pricing difference is deducted directly from your partial refund amount.
10. Store Credit
Store credit balances are strictly non-transferable, non-convertible into physical cash currencies, and non-refundable. Store credit issuances can only be applied a single time per transactional order history.
11. Binding Updates
Maison Valyn reserves the right to modify this policy at any time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or shifting regulatory frameworks.
