Shipping policy

At Maison Valyn, we are committed to providing a transparent and reliable delivery experience. To offer you the best possible rates, our products are shipped directly from our international logistics centres in Asia. We handle all customs clearance on your behalf for total peace of mind.

1. Delivery Destinations

We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery: Free of charge.

  • Minimum Spend: None.

  • Hidden Fees: No additional fees are applied at checkout or upon delivery.

3. Taxes and Customs Duties

All orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis:

  • VAT Included: The price you see on our website includes UK VAT.

  • No Customs Charges: We prepay all import duties and taxes. The amount paid at checkout is the final price; you will not be asked to pay any extra fees by the courier.

4. Order Processing and Transit Times

All timeframes are expressed in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) - London.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will begin processing the following working day.

  • Transit Time: 5 to 9 working days.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6 to 12 working days.

Delivery Guarantee: In accordance with UK consumer regulations, we guarantee delivery within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, you are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund.

5. Couriers and Tracking

Final delivery within the UK is typically handled by Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD.

  • Tracking: You can track your parcel at any time via our dedicated "Track Your Order" page.

  • Confirmation: A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.

6. Delivery Issues and Missing Items

Maison Valyn assumes full responsibility for the shipment until it is physically received by you.

  • Missing Items: If you receive your package and an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours at info@maisonvalyn.com. To speed up the process, please include a photo of the shipping label on the package and a photo of the contents received. We will arrange a replacement or a refund immediately at our expense.

  • Parcel Not Received: If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact us within 3 days.

  • Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping costs.
